At MystiDewa, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom

• Selected international destinations (where available at checkout)

If shipping to your location is unavailable, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
