At MystiDewa, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation (where applicable).

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable goods

• Digital products or downloadable content

• Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, MystiDewa will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it must be treated as a return under this policy.
